The present conditions are intended to regulate the hiring service contract of bicycles or any other product born between DSG ELECTRIC RENT and the user at the time when he accepts, during the online contracting process, the corresponding box. The contract contractual relationship involves the temporary rental, in exchange for a specific price and publicly exposed through the website, a bicycle model or specific product.
General information
Both parties attest to these general conditions of contract, except special conditions agreed with each client in particular. Procedure for contracting the rental service on the web. The hiring procedure for the rental service can be done in Spanish and English. The prices and conditions of delivery in this website will be applied in the national territory and in compliance with Spanish legislation, since the contracting takes place in Spain. Price
The price of the products will be the one that appears in the description of them in which the Value Added Tax (VAT) is already included. Therefore, the final price of the product is indicated. Each model will require an economic delivery as a deposit that will be made directly at the store where the bicycle is collected. This amount will be returned in full to the user at the time of the return of the bicycle, as long as it is in perfect condition. The client assumes that in any case the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time. In any case this will always be previously communicated to the users.
Payment Methods
During the contracting process, the form of payment desired by the client of the four we have will be selected:

Cancellation of service contracting
You can cancel the service contract at any time. This cancellation will be free provided it is made 5 or more days before the day selected for delivery. In those cases in which the cancellation occurs with less advance, the cost will be € 35 per bicycle reserved for rental. Terms and Conditions of rental
The rental price will be the one indicated on the front.
The lessee will make the full payment of the service at the signing of the contract, as well as a bond marked on the front. This will be returned upon delivery of the vehicle (s) and presenting the copy of the rental agreement.
In the case of appreciating damage to the bicycle or vehicle, fines, infractions, or any similar matter, the bond will be retained for the time necessary to correct the derived costs.

The lease must be more than 18 years old, be identified with a DNI or passport and have at least one credit card operative and valid in your name.
The landlord is given the bicycle or vehicle in good maintenance condition. Any incident detected in the vehicle prior to rental will be noted in the contract.
The lessee examines the vehicle and with the signature of the contract accepts the status of the same.
The user / s declare / n be able to manage the vehicle and have control over the rented equipment.
The hirer agrees to return the vehicle and accessories under the same conditions of delivery. Otherwise, the cost for deterioration shall be borne by the lessee, according to the current market rates.
The vehicle must be collected and delivered to DSG ELECTRIC RENT at the time and date specified on the front.
Early cancellations of the contract or return before the time, will not entail reimbursement to the tenant.
All deliveries / returns at a point other than DSG ELECTRIC RENT, will have a charge of € 30 for vehicles if done within Torremolinos and € 50 if done outside of it. (if it is not contracted beforehand).
Returns with delays will be penalized by hours, applying the current rental rate of one hour, each hour or fraction of the delay in delivery.
If at the expiration of the contract, the user / s do not deliver the vehicle, the lessor will charge the market value of the bicycle and, in the case of finding it, will take immediate possession of it, without having the right to any claim the lessee.
Only those persons declared at the time of formalizing the rental (users) are authorized to use the vehicle. The lessee responds to the lessor of the damages, losses and damages that will be caused as a result of unauthorized use by third parties other than the user.
The lessee and the users are obliged: to drive in accordance with the legislation in force, to be at all times able to control the vehicle, adapting the traffic to the specific circumstances of the road and to the traffic regulations of the municipal authority, to tie and lock the vehicle, when they are not driving, according to the conditions of the contract.
It is strictly forbidden to the user of the vehicle to transport people, except children if the rental includes the necessary accessories for this purpose. It is also prohibited to: drive in unsuitable physical conditions, motivated by alcohol, drugs, narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, stimulants or fatigue that prevents the proper control of the vehicle.
The lessee will be responsible for all expenses and fines derived from infractions committed during the period of use of the rented vehicle.
The lessee or users can not give as collateral, pledge, sell, rent, assign, mortgage, lend, or even label, vary, manipulate, alter, or modify the vehicle or any part thereof, as well as the accessories subject to rental .
The rental price includes a civil liability insurance covering the damages that may be caused as a result of defects in the rented material.
The client is responsible for being insured with adequate coverage against risks that may arise during the rental period. The landlord is not responsible for claims for accidents, injuries, blows or damages caused to himself or property of his property, or for the loss of object during the rental period. The damages caused to third parties, people or property, are fully insured by the corresponding CR insurance that is included with the rental of the vehicle.
The breach of the conditions of this contract, empowers the lessor to unilaterally terminate the contract and take immediate possession of the vehicle in the place where it is located, without the tenant having any right to any claim or compensation.
Likewise, all legal expenses arising from the breach by the lessee of the obligations established in this contract shall be borne by the lessee.
The data provided in this contract will be used as provided by LO. 15 / 1999,13 of December of protection of personal data, the lessee is informed that their data will be included in the file owned by DSG ELECTRIC RENT, whose purpose is the correct provision of the service. The interested party can exercise the right of rectification or cancellation by means of a communication to the electronic address info@dsgelectricrental.com or at the offices of DSG ELECTRIC RENT.
This contract is governed by Spanish law and for the resolution of any dispute that may arise under it, the contracting parties submit themselves to the courts and tribunals of Torremolinos.
The material will be returned completely and in the same state in which it was delivered to the customer, the cost for loss, breakage, theft or robbery of the vehicles will be that of its market value, which must be corrected by the customer immediately, this will cover all the expenses of the stolen or broken material or vehicle / bicycle. In case of loss, breakage or theft of the bicycle or vehicle, the landlord will lose all the right to the deposit, having to immediately communicate this circumstance.
Applicable guarantees and property reservation clause
All models and materials offered through the website are completely original, unless otherwise indicated in its description. All of them have a guarantee period, according to the criteria and conditions described in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. Applicable law and jurisdiction These conditions shall be governed or construed in accordance with Spanish law in matters not expressly established. The provider and the user, agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these Conditions, to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Granada (Spain).
